Clear the Way for What’s Next
Our land and lot clearing services provide a clean, level, and build-ready foundation for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects. Whether you’re preparing land for construction, improving property usability, or reclaiming overgrown lots, our experienced team delivers efficient, environmentally responsible clearing solutions from start to finish.
We handle projects of all sizes with precision, safety, and respect for your property.
Residential Lot Clearing
Prepare your property for new construction, landscaping, or expansion. We remove unwanted trees, brush, roots, and debris while preserving valuable trees and surrounding features when requested.
What We Clear
Our equipment and operators are structured to remove a wide range of vegetation and light trees while protecting your property.
We clear:
– Brush
– Heavy undergrowth
– Vines
– Thick overgrown yards
– Bamboo and invasive species
– Saplings and small trees up to eight inches
– Fence lines
– Property borders
– Areas planned for additions, patios, pools, sheds, or landscaping
– Sites requiring drainage work or excavation follow up
All material is removed, processed, and contained the moment it is taken out of the ground.
Cluttered Yard and Structure Cleanouts During Clearing Projects
Overgrown properties often contain more than vegetation. Old sheds, rotted decks, scattered debris, and buried items can make reclaiming the space impossible without removing the clutter first. We include the removal of these items when they are located within the area being cleared.
What We Remove During Larger Clearing Jobs:
– Old or collapsed sheds
– Rotted or unsafe decks
– Scrap wood and discarded materials
– Light junk and debris inside the clearing zone
– Fallen fencing or posts
– Miscellaneous buried objects uncovered during excavation
Debris Handling and Dumpster System
Instead of relying on chipper trucks, we use a controlled dumpster based system that keeps debris contained from start to finish. All brush, vines, small trees, and roots are processed on site and directed straight into a secured dumpster. This method avoids loose piles of material on the property and keeps the work area clean throughout the project.
Why This System Works Better Than a Chipper Truck:
– Debris goes directly into a contained dumpster
– No large piles left on the lawn
– No blowing chips across the yard or into neighboring properties
– Less truck traffic in and out of the driveway
– Cleaner job sites with easier cleanup
– Faster debris removal once the job is finished
– Lower disposal cost when compared to multiple truck loads
How It Works:
1. A dumpster is placed in a safe location on your driveway.
2. Material is chipped and directed into the dumpster.
3. All remaining debris, roots, and soil from excavation are added as needed.
4. The dumpster is covered and secured each day.
5. Removal occurs within one to three days depending on scheduling.
How We Work
We use two Kubota U17 excavators with thumb attachments and a staged debris system to clear material quickly and safely. For brush, vines, and small trees, we process the debris through a commercial chipper and direct all chips into a secured dumpster. This allows us to work in tight neighborhoods and limited access areas without creating large debris piles.
Workflow:
1. Evaluate the area that needs to be cleared
2. Remove vegetation with minimal ground disturbance
3. Process and contain all debris directly into a dumpster
4. Leave a clean, flat space ready for your next project
Excavation Based Root Removal and Land Finishing
Clearing the surface vegetation is only part of the job. Many properties still have roots, debris, and buried material that prevent the space from being used. We offer a follow up excavation service that removes the material below the surface and leaves the land clean, level, and shaped correctly.
What This Add On Includes:
– Excavation through the upper soil layer
– Removal of remaining roots and organic debris
– Removal of underground vines and invasive growth
– Extraction of embedded stumps and root clusters
– Grading to flatten and reshape the area
– Raking and surface cleanup for a finished look
What Makes Us Different
Most clearing companies operate strictly as tree services. We operate as a specialized excavation and invasive removal contractor. This allows us to integrate clearing directly with:
– Bamboo removal
– Root and rhizome excavation
– Drainage installations
– Regrading and site reshaping
– Excavation for outdoor living projects
– Trenching and soil preparation
Typical Clearing Projects:
– Backyard reclaiming
– Lot preparation for construction
– Clearing for patios, pools, or additions
– Overgrown rental properties
– Investment property cleanup
– Clearing for fencing and property lines
– Access path preparation
– Drainage trench preparation
– Removal of invasive thickets and heavy brush
We remove small trees up to eight inches in diameter as part of our clearing services. Larger trees are subcontracted to licensed experts when needed.
